Spend your vacation at our beach house in Breñas Estates, located within the private and exclusive Hyatt Dorado Beach gated community.

Our beach villa is a family-owned, single family unit in a large lot of land (approx. 8000 square feet). It was built in the exclusive Breñas Estates community with conservation in mind. Surrounded by ageless trees, the house was built to accommodate a large mango tree that is now the centerpiece of our outdoor terrace. There is greenery everywhere you look providing privacy and, most importantly, a sense of calm. Sit back and listen to a symphony of bird songs as you enjoy the cool breeze.

The two-story house has up to four air-conditioned bedrooms available (depending on occupancy), two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. There is a living room on each floor with plenty of room to sit with family and friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. We provide Cable TV, wireless internet access, a stereo system, a foosball table, a barbecue grill and a couple of beach chairs. The rent also includes all bed linen, bath and beach towels, and kitchen utensils.

Just five houses down a private way you will find one of the most beautiful and private beaches in Puerto Rico. The beach, which is used almost exclusively by residents of our community and bordering communities, as well as hotel guests, provides a wide range of activities. Surfing and snorkeling are just the beginning, as local residents and guests can be seen kayaking and water skiing regularly. The waters are calm year-round and younger children can take advantage of a protected area of the beach known as the “pool.” This is an area were the waters are the calmest and most shallow.

Swimming is not the only form of exercise around. Our community of residences, along with the two hotels that surround it, maintain a jogging/bicycle trail that will lead you through golf courses and beautifully landscaped areas. If golfing is your thing, you can pay the green fee at any of the local hotels. Most of the golf courses in Dorado are within walking distance of our house.

The community hotels offer additional entertainment, all within walking distance. Our house is located in the modern town of Dorado. Large chain supermarkets are only five minutes away by car. If you feel like taking a break from cooking, there is a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Local bars cater to all tastes, many with nightly happy hours. For a more relaxing night, rent a movie from a local video club or visit the movie theater.

The airport is only 40 minutes away.

We are a 20 minute drive to San Juan and all that it has to offer, including nightlife, shopping and sightseeing.

The town of Dorado has grocery stores, a movie theater, and a wide variety of restaurants.
